25th September: South London Palaces - past and present (Part1), by Dee Palmer.  In the past there were several palaces south of the Thames - some of which remain, in part at least, and some of which have vanished.  The talk will include information about these sites, with many illustrations.

30th October: A Look Back at Shirley and its Windmill, tracing the development of Shirley from 1800 to the present day, focusing on its two windmills, including the inner workings of the one that exists today, by Chris Harman

27th November: History Quiz - plus pre-Christmas nibbles.  There will be teams of four.  Either come as a team or you can come                                         individually and we'll make up teams.
